When I hear PH mentioned. I think swimming pool or batteries I didint' think about my body. But as I've gotten older, that feeling of immortality slips away more each day. I find myself with a water glass in my had instead of a coke. I am now trying to watch all i eat and how it affects me.
I had some surgery a few months back and it really did change my persepctive on things i guess because on my coffee table is now a book that talks about drugs, drug companies and the effects they ahve on our every day lives.
So you may ask, and I hope you do what am I learning from this book. All thinks aside i'm learning one basic principle. Every person that has cancer on the planet as a higher acidified body.
