So what a great way to burn those calories with so many added benefits. Why not go walking. But here's the thing start slow. Don't burn your self out before you burn all of that unwanted fat and calories. Now understand, you need to train your body to do this. You need to start off slow and work you way up. Start walking for small amouts of time. One step at a time.
Next makes sure you understand that although walking is one of the most effective forms of excercise this isn't a quick fix. You may lose no more than 10 lbs a month but as you've heard, slower is always better. So I know your thinking oh boy 10 lbs, that's nothing compared to how far i have to go. But its 120 lbs a year.
Walking for weight loss should be come a routine and in today's hectic world it should be come a great way to relieve stress. It should be come something you are looking forward to doing. And best of all this is an exercise you can do in your own home. If it is too hot out, too cold out raining out, or your favorite show is on TV. Try walking around the room. Try walking in place. Just Walk, 5 minutes, 10 minutes 30 minutes or an hour. Get into the groove and watch the pounds vanish.
